This fried rice is full of beef flavor.

Tips: 1. Don’t fry the beef too well, otherwise the taste will become rough.
2. Use the oil that has fried the beef directly to fry the rice, the taste will be more fragrant and richer.
3. The spring onion should be fried with high heat to force out the fragrant onion.
4. Substitute with regular beef.

  • Wagyu Beef(chopped) 100g
  • Spring Onion(finely chopped) 40g
  • Rice(steamed) 250g
  • Egg(beaten) 2 pc
  • Oil 2 tsp, 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp

Step 1

Heat 2 tsp oil in the wok over high heat, and stir-fry the wagyu beef until medium well. Set aside.

Step 2

Add 2 tsp oil into the same wok, and scramble the eggs over low heat until half-cooked. Add the rice, stir and turn it over on low heat to break up any clumps.

Step 3

Add the wagyu beef and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Stir in spring onions over high heat. Serve.
