- Chicken Wings 10
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Boilded water 2 L
- Sweet Chilli Sauce 90 ml
- Ice Some
- Water 1 lit
1. Boil 1L water.
2.Cleaning chicken wings with 2 tablespoon salt,then rinse.
3.Boil chicken wings about 7~10 mins.
4.After boiled,take it into ice and 1L drink water.
5.After dry chicken wings by towel or kitchen paper, mix sweet chill sauce.
6.Chill in refrigerator over night or over 5 hours.
