Rice noodle is full of curry and duck flavours.
Ingredients
- Smoked Duck Breast 1 pc
- Rice Noodle(wide, flat) 600g
- Long Green Pepper(cut into thick shreds) 70g
- Long Red Chill(cut into thick shreds) 55g
- Bird's-eye Chill(sliced) 1 pc
- Oil 2 tsp, 3 tbsp
- SEASONING
- Red Curry Sauce 2.5 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Water 1.5 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Cut smoked duck breast into thick strips. Separate the rice noodle clumps.
Step 2
Heat the 2 tsp oil in the wok. Slightly saute the long green pepper and red chill. Take them out. Pan-fry the smoked duck breast then take them out.
Step 3
Heat 3 tbsp oil in the wok. Stir-fry rice noodle. Toss in green pepper, red chill, smoked duck breast and seasonings. Stir-well. Gently stir-fry for a while then serve.
