Stuffed Chicken Wings with Enoki Mushroom, Carrot and Celery

Thickening glaze and a dash of oyster sauce seasoning, makes a simple and healthy dish for the whole family.

Tips: The two bones in the middle of the chicken middle wing can be easily withdrawn by cutting the cartilage at both ends.


  • Chicken Middle Wing 8 pcs
  • Enoki Mushroom 50g
  • Carrot(shredded) 1/2 pc
  • Celery(shredded) 50g
  • Ginger(sliced) 2 pcs
  • Spring Onion(section) 10g
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Water 4 tbsp


Step 1

Debone the chicken middle wings. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the carrot and celery into strips. Split the enoki mushrooms into bundles.

Step 3

Stuff the carrot, celery and enoki mushrooms into the chicken middle wings.

Step 4

Heat the 1 tbsp oil in pan and fry the chicken middle wings until golden yellow then add ginger.

Step 5

Mix the seasonings. Add in the chicken middle wings. Cook until the sauce is thickened. Add spring onion to serve.
