Strawberry Tart

The tart is colourful and delicious.

Tips: Strawberry jam can replace Strawberry sauce.


  • Butter 200g
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Sugar 100g
  • Plain Flour 350g
  • Vanilla Oil some
  • Cream 500ml
  • Sugar 80g
  • Egg Yolk 5 pc
  • Strawberry Sauce 80g


Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 C for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix butter, sugar, plain flour and vanilla oil. Rub for dough.

Step 3

Divide dough about 15 portion. Place and laying it on mold, over outside.

Step 4

Mix cream, egg yolk, sugar and strawberry sauce for egg sauce.

Step 5

Pour egg sauce in the mold. Place in 200 C oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
