Ingredients
- Egg(beaten) 5 pcs
- Butter(melted) 60g
- Sugar 120g
- Flour 90g
- Cornflour 30g
- SAUCE
- Cream 100g
- Caster Sugar 8g
- Strawberry 10 pcs
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven 180 C for 20 minutes. Baking paper place in oven tray.
Step 2
Mix egg and sugar, fast beat for 7 minutes until white color. Add flour, stir well. Add butter, stir well. Pour in oven tray. Place in oven to 180 C for 15 ~ 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool down and set aside.
Step 3
Cream and icing sugar beat to 70% frim. Spread on the cake, add strawberry. Roll cake into roll and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serve.
