The pie is crispy and exquisite.
Tips : The milk mixture need cool down, otherwise, the pastry will tender.
- Strawberry 6 pcs
- Milk 125ml
- Custard Powder 1/2 tsp
- White Sugar 30g
- Frozen Puff Pastry 1 pc
- Icing Sugar some
Preheat the oven to 200 C for 10 minutes.
Cut the puff pastry 2"X 3" size. Put in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. set sides.
Mix the milk, custard powder and sugar in the pot. Stir and boil until thicken. Pierce the pastry by fork. It has hold of pastry center.
The mixture cool down and fill up the hole of pastry.
Top on strawberry , then, sprinkle the icing sugar. Serve.
