- Cauliflower(remove stalks,minced) 380g
- Bacon(diced) 2 slices
- Green Bell Pepper(diced) 1/4 pc
- Red Bell Pepper(diced) 1/4 pc
- Onion(diced) 1/2 pc
- Garlic(minced) 2 cloves
- Asparagus(cut into sections) 40g
- Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
- Parsley(shredded) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder some
- Chicken Powder 2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
Mince the cauliflower with a food blender and set aside.
Heat the 2 tsp oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions, minced garlic garlic and bacon for 3 minutes. Add the minced cauliflower, asparagus, green bell pepper and red bell pepper and mix well. Add 2 tsp chicken powder and turmeric powder. Stir-fry over a high heat for 6 minutes until the cauliflower is fully cooked.
Season with black pepper powder, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve.
