Stir-fry Cauliflower with Turmeric

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower(remove stalks,minced) 380g
  • Bacon(diced) 2 slices
  • Green Bell Pepper(diced) 1/4 pc
  • Red Bell Pepper(diced) 1/4 pc
  • Onion(diced) 1/2 pc
  • Garlic(minced) 2 cloves
  • Asparagus(cut into sections) 40g
  • Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
  • Parsley(shredded) 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder some
  • Chicken Powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Mince the cauliflower with a food blender and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the 2 tsp oil in the pan, stir-fry the onions, minced garlic garlic and bacon for 3 minutes. Add the minced cauliflower, asparagus, green bell pepper and red bell pepper and mix well. Add 2 tsp chicken powder and turmeric powder. Stir-fry over a high heat for 6 minutes until the cauliflower is fully cooked.

Step 3

Season with black pepper powder, sprinkle parsley on top. Serve.
