Stir Fry Beef with Tomatoes and Eggs

Ingredients

  • Beef Fillet(thinly slice) 150g
  • Tomato(cut into pieces) 2 pc
  • Egg(beaten) 3 pc
  • Spring Onion(chopped) 1 stalk
  • Oil 1 tsp, 1 tsp
  • Water some
  • MARINADE
  • Chicken Powder 2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • SEASONING
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Mix the beef and marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat up the pan with 1 tsp oil. Pour beaten eggs into the pan, stir fry until they are scrambled. Set aside. Add 1 tsp oil on the same pan, add the beef and stir fry until it's medium done. Take out the beef and set aside. Add tomatoes in the same pan, stir fry until soften. Use the spatula to slightly press the tomato to get more juice. Add some water if it is a bit dry and cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add seasoning, stir well.

Step 3

Add the egg and beef, stir fry until beef are cooked. Garnish with spring onions. Serve.
