Stir-fried Mussels with Thai Chili Sauce

Full of Thai flavor, the sauce can be served with garlic bread.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Mussel 600g
  • Shallot(diced) 4 pcs
  • Garlic(diced) 2 cloves
  • Dird Eye Chili(diced) 2 pcs
  • Thai Basil 50g
  • Coriander 2 stalks
  • Oil some
  • SEASONING
  • Evaporated Milk 100ml
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili Paste 3 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse the mussels and drain well. Dice the bird eye chili. Peel and dice the garlic and shallot. Rinse the coriander and cut into halves. Remove the stems of the Thai basil and set aside.

Step 2

Mix the sugar, oyster sauce, chili paste, fish sauce and evaporated milk, set aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry the garlic, shallot, bird eye chili and root of the coriander until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the mussels, seasoning, rest of the coriander Thai basil and stir-fry. Serve.
