- Beef Tenderloin 200g
- Mango(diced) 1 pc
- Moneydew Melon(diced) 150g
- Red Capsicum(cut diagonslly) 1/2 pc
- Shallot(cut diagonslly) 2 pcs
- Oil 2 tsp
- MARINADE
- Chicken Powder 1/3 tsp
- Light Soy Sauce 1/3 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Cornstarch 1/3 tsp
- SEASONING
- Chicken Powder 1/3 tsp
- Light Soy Sauce 1/3 tbsp
- Sugar 1/3 tbsp
- Black Pepper some
- Cornstarch some
Method
Step 1
Marinate beef tenderloin with marinade for 10 minutes. Set aside. Mix seasoning, set aside.
Step 2
Heat up 2 tsp oil in the wok. Stir-fry beef tenderloin, red capsicum and shallots. Add seasoning then mix well. Add fruits at last. Serve.
