Ingredients
- Beef Ribs(cut into pieces) 1 lb
- Onion(cut into pieces) 1 pc
- Carrot(cut into pieces) 1 pc
- Tomato Bisque 1 can
- Water some
- Oil 2 tsp, 1 tbsp
- MARINATE
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch 2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse and drain beef ribs. Mix beef ribs, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat up 2 tsp oil in the wok. Fry onion until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat up 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Fry beef ribs until half cooked. Add onion, carrot and adequate water to cover all ingredients, stew for 30 minutes with medium heat.
Step 4
Pour tomato bisque to stew for another 5 minutes. Serve.
