  • Egg 3 pcs
  • Chicken Broth 250ml
  • Clam(even shell) 600g
  • Water some
  • Salt some
  • Oil(hot) some
  • Soy Sauce some
  • Spring Onion(shredded) some


Step 1

Soak the clams in salted water and allow to purge sand for 30 minutes, set aside.

Step 2

Bring a pot of water to boil, add clams and cook until opened, transfer to a plate.

Step 3

Beat the eggs and stir in chicken broth, sieve the egg mixture twice.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture into the plate clams, cover with plastic wrap.

Step 5

Bring a new pot of water to boil, steam the egg mixture with clams for 10 minutes in medium high heat.

Step 6

Add hot oil, soy sauce and sprinkle with shredded spring onion, ready to serve.
