Steamed Egg with Chicken and Vegetables

Silky smooth steamed egg. Makes a simple and healthy dish for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Egg(beaten) 3 pcs
  • Shrimp(diced) 3 pcs
  • Scallop(diced) 2 pcs
  • Chciken Meat(diced) 30g
  • Carrot(diced) 20g
  • Aasparagus 2 pcs
  • Chicken Powcer 1 tsp
  • Water 200ml
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • MARINADE
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • THICKENING SAUCE
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Water 100ml
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Dice chicken, shrimp and scallop into small pieces and marinate for 10 minutes. Take only the stem of the asparagus, and dice into small pieces.

Step 2

Mix the concentrated chicken broth with water. Whisk the eggs well, add in the chicken broth mix. Cover the dish with cling film and stream on high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

heat 1 tsp oil in the pan, fry chicken, shrimp and scallop, then add carrot and asparagu. Stir fry until fully cooked.

Step 4

Mix the thickening sauce. Add to the pan. Bring to boil then pour onto the steamed egg. Serve.
