Spaghetti with Soft Cheese and Mushroom

The spaghetti have a flavor and fragrance.

Tips: Cheese need in room temperature before to prevent cheese from becoming granular when cooked.


  • Spaghetti 220g
  • Shallot(minced) 1 tsp
  • White Mushroom(sliced) 160g
  • Butter 40g
  • Mascarpone Cheese 6 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • Italian Passley(chopped) some


Step 1

Blanch spaghetti in boiling water until done. Drain.

Step 2

Heat the pan. Add butter until melt, add shallot and white mushroom. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 3

Add spaghetti and mascarpone cheese. Mix well over low heat.

Step 4

Add salt. mix well. Turn off heat. Sprinkle with some chopped Italian parsley. Serve.
