Tips: Cheese need in room temperature before to prevent cheese from becoming granular when cooked.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 220g
- Shallot(minced) 1 tsp
- White Mushroom(sliced) 160g
- Butter 40g
- Mascarpone Cheese 6 tbsp
- Salt some
- Italian Passley(chopped) some
Method
Step 1
Blanch spaghetti in boiling water until done. Drain.
Step 2
Heat the pan. Add butter until melt, add shallot and white mushroom. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 3
Add spaghetti and mascarpone cheese. Mix well over low heat.
Step 4
Add salt. mix well. Turn off heat. Sprinkle with some chopped Italian parsley. Serve.
