Spaghetti with Curry and Sweet Pea

The ingredients and method is simply.


  • Spaghetti 280g
  • Butter 30g
  • Sweet Pea 150g
  • White Mushroom(sliced) 100g
  • Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whipping Cream 220ml
  • Salt some
  • Ground Black Pepper some
  • Water some


Step 1

Blanch spaghetti in boiling water until done(follow the package instructions). Drain.

Step 2

Heat butter in the pan, stir-fry white mushroom slices until fragrant. Add sweet peas and water. Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add curry powder and whipping cream. Cook until texture thickens. Add salt, ground black pepper and spaghetti. Mix well. Done.
