Soup with Chicken and Corn

The soup is simply and fast.

Tips : It must fast and stir with even when add egg.

Ingredients

  • Kernel Corn 1 can
  • Chicken Meat(chopped) 120g
  • Egg(whisked) 1 pc
  • Water 300ml
  • MARINADE
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Cornflour 1/4 tsp
  • Salt some
  • Ginger Juice some

Method

Step 1

Rinse chicken meat and cut into diced in marinade for 20 minutes. Beat egg.

Step 2

Boil water . Put in chicken diced, cook with low heat until done. Put in corn, after reboil, put in egg and salt. Remove, quickly blend in egg. Dish up and serve hot.
