The dish is fresh taste and simply.
- Fresh Peach 300g
- Fresh Shrimp 300g
- Spring Onion(sectioned) 8 stalks
- Ginger(grated) 1/2 tsp
- Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsps, 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- Cornstarch some
- White Pepper Powder some
Shell shrimp and cut a slit at its back. Add in seasonings.
Peel and core peach. Cut it into pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Deep-fry the shrimp briefly and drain the fat.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, saute ginger, garlic and spring onion section. Put in the fresh peach and shrimp. Serve
