Sauteed Shrimp Balls with Fresh Peach

The dish is fresh taste and simply.


  • Fresh Peach 300g
  • Fresh Shrimp 300g
  • Spring Onion(sectioned) 8 stalks
  • Ginger(grated) 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsps, 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • Cornstarch some
  • White Pepper Powder some


Step 1

Shell shrimp and cut a slit at its back. Add in seasonings.

Step 2

Peel and core peach. Cut it into pieces.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Deep-fry the shrimp briefly and drain the fat.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, saute ginger, garlic and spring onion section. Put in the fresh peach and shrimp. Serve
