Salmon Skewers with BBQ Sauce

The fish is cuddly.


  • Salmom Fillet(cut into pieces) 1 lb
  • Lemon(sliced) 1/2 pc
  • BBQ Sauce 4 tbsp, some
  • Lime(juiced) 2 pcs
  • Lemon(juiced) 1/2 pc
  • Garlic(minced) 2 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Broken Black Pepper 1/2 tsp


Step 1

In a bowl, add BBQ sauce along with the lime juice, lemon juice and garlic. Place the salmon pieces into the bowl and let marinate for 30 minutes. Don't over marinate, or the fish will start cooking from the juice.

Step 2

Place the salmon pieces onto wooden or metal skewers with lemon slices every other piece of salmon. Then sprinkle the salmon with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Preheat the oven about 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Put broiler on and when it's hot place the salmon in and cook for 10 minutes about 180 C, until cooked through.

Step 5

Serve with BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
