Salmon Omelette

Salmon is rich in Omega 3 which can help protect the heart, lower cholesterol, improve eyesight and brain health.

Ingredients

  • Salmon(canned) 1/2 bowl
  • Egg 3 pcs
  • Spring Onion(diced) 1.5 tbsp
  • Coriander(chopped) 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Flake salmon. Remove egg shell and beat eggs.

Step 2

Combine salmon flakes, beaten egg, salt, white pepper powder, diced spring onion and coriander.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan. Add salmon egg mixture. Pan-fry over medium low heat until golden. Cut omelette into pieces. Transfer to plate. Serve.
