- Salmon(fresh) 40g
- Green Tea Leaves 1/2 tsp
- Pearl Rice(cooked, hot) 1 bowl
- Salt some
- Oil some
- STOCK INGREDIENTS
- Hondashi 1 tsp
- Hot Water 180 ml
- Japanese Light Soy Sauce some
- Mirin some
- Sake some
Boil the water and add in Hondashi, Japanese light soy sauce and salt until reaching boiling point. Then, add in sake and mix well.
Put the green tea leaves in the pot with sieve. Then, pour in water mixture. Set aside.
Sprinkle some salt on the salmon. Then, heat the wok with some oil and pan-fry in low heat for 25 minutes until both sides turn golden brown. Press the salmon with the fork and place on the rice. To serve with the green tea stock.
