Roasted Spring Chicken

Very attractive chicken.


  • Spring Chicken(thawed,800g) 1 pc
  • Carrot(peeled,cut into pieces) 1 pc
  • New Potato(cut into pieces) 200g
  • Cherry Tomato 8 pcs
  • French Green Bean 120g
  • Salt some
  • Broken Black Pepper some
  • Olive Oil 1 tsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 3 tsp
  • Unsalt Butter(room temperature, softened) 3 tbsp
  • Broken Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder 3 tsp


Step 1

Mix all marinade in a bowl.

Step 2

Loosen the skin over the breast of the chicken with fingertip and put 2/3 marinade mixture under the skin of the chicken. Rub the rest of the marinade and 1 tsp chicken powder over surface of the chicken. Marinate for 2 hour.

Step 3

Toss carrot and potatoes with olive oil, 1 tsp chicken powder and black pepper.

Step 4

Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Place the potatoes and carrots in the basket of air fryer, put the spring chicken on it. Use oven to cook at 180 C for 20~25 minutes. Brush honey on chicken. Add french green beans and cherry tomatoes. return to oven and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
