Ricotta Pancake with Peach

The pancake has fragrance of cheese. It serve with syrup to increase taste.

Ingredients

  • Plain Flour 80g
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • Egg 2 pcs
  • Ricotta Cheese 200g
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter(melted) 1 tbsp
  • Peach(can) 4 pc
  • Syrup some

Method

Step 1

Sieve well the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

Step 2

Beat the egg. Mix well with cheese and milk.

Step 3

Add egg mixture gradually into the flour. Stir in butter.

Step 4

Heat the frying pan with oil. Add some batter. Cook at low heat until golden at one side. Flip over and cook the other side. Serve with the peach.
