This is simply and delicious.
Tips: It can match with spaghetti and potato.
Ingredients
- Tomato Sauce(1 can) 10.5 oz
- Beef (sliced) 140g
- Tomato(diced) 1 pc
- Onion(sliced) 1/2 pc
- Green Bell Pepper(sliced) 1/2 pc
- Rice 2 bowls
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tsp, 2 tsp
- MARINATE
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Water 5 tsp
Method
Step 1
Slice beef and mix with marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Fry sliced beef until half cooked. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Fry sliced green bell pepper and onion, add diced tomato and beef and quickly fry them.
Step 4
Pour in tomato sauce, boil with low heat. Pour mixture on rice. Serve.
