The pie is with fresh orange fragrant. The bottom of pie is crispy.
Tips : The shortcrust pastry thaw in the room temperature for 2 hour before use.
- Orange Pulp 1 pc
- Fresh Orange juice 100ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Egg White 3 pcs
- Fresh Cream 50 ml
- Fresh Milk 50 ml
- Shortcrust Pasty 1 pc
Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.
Place the shortcrust pasty into the pie mould and trim. Pie some holes on the pasty with a fork.
Place the pasty into the oven for 25 minutes. Cool down and set aside.
Mix the sugar with egg white. Then, add in fresh cream and milk. At last, Pour in orange juice gradually.
Sieve the egg white mixture and place the pastry. Bake for another 25 minutes until the stuffing firm. Remove and cool down. Serve with some orange pulp.
