Peach and Water Melon Jelly

Healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Peach(canned,chopped) 2 pieces
  • Water Melon Juice 2.25 cup
  • Agar Agar 3/4 oz
  • Rock Sugar 1.5 tbsp
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Kiwi Fruit(sliced) 1 pc

Method

Step 1

Dice peach. Wash agar agar and soak in water for 20 minutes until tender. Shred. Set aside.

Step 2

Dissolve rock sugar and agar agar in boiling 3/4 cup water. Allow to cool. Stir in water melon juice and peach dices. Pour the mixture into mould moistened by cold boiled water. All ow to cool in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until it takes a solid form. Turn content upside down onto plate. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices. Serve.
