It can make 20 cm diameter apple cake. The method is not use oven.
- Flour 70g
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Sugar 40g
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 70g
- Apple 1 pc
- Aluminum foil(cover the pan)1 sheet
Soft butter, mix with sugar. Add in beaten egg, stir. Add in seived flour in two times, stir.
Place a piece of aluminum foil onto the frying pan, spread some butter with kitchen paper. Spread the dough onto the foil, fry for 10 minutes over low heat.
Slice the cored apple, place them over the half done cake. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle some sugar onto apple. Shift the cake together with foil to the pan cover, then turn upside down and fry for 5~6 minutes. Server.
