Ingredients
- Spare Ribs 6~7 pcs
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Shaoxing Wine or Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion(chopped) some
- Sesame(fried) some
- Oil 2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate the spare ribs with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine or cooking wine for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Pan-fry the spare ribs in medium heat. Then, add Shaoxing wine or cooking wine, cover with lid, turn to low heat to cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 3
After it is fully cooked, put on plate, put on plate, sprinkle the spring onion and sesame. Serve.
