Omelet Rice

Different from Japanese-style omelet rice.

Tips: Cook the rice the night before. If you use fresh rice, let it dry indoor.


  • Chicken Fillet(cut into small cubes) 80g
  • Shrimp(small) 50g
  • Onion(cut into small pieces) 1/4 pc
  • Asparagus(cut into small pieces) 2 pcs
  • Ginger(chopped) 30g
  • Egg(beated) 6 pcs
  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp, 1 tsp, 2 tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp


Step 1

Chopped the ginger. Cut onion and asparagus into small pieces. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the 1 tsp oil in the pan, saute the ginger and onions. Add chicken, shrimp and asparagus to stir fry. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat the 1 tsp oil in pan and fry the rice. Add all the ingredients with seasoning. Stir-fry until dry. Set aside.

Step 4

Beat the eggs and add chicken broth. Heat the 2 tsp oil in the pan and cook the egg like an omelet. Add in the fried rice, roll up the egg to form an omelet. Garnish with oyster sauce. Serve.
