The tart is non bake, so it is simply.
Tips: The salt add in coconut cream to increase taste.
- Fruit Cocktail(small can) 1/4 can
- Digestive Biscuits 150g
- Cream Cheese(softened) 125g
- Coconut Cream(small can) 1 can
- Butter(melted) 2 tbsps
- Sugar 3 tbsps
- Salt 1/8 tsp
Crush the biscuits into very fine crumbs then mix well with the butter, lightly press the crumbs into small tart modes, allow chilling inside the refrigerator until firm.
Drain off the syrup from the fruit cocktails, stir the salt into coconut cream and set aside.
Use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until sofr, stir in the coconut cream and beat until very creamy.
Spoon this mixture into tart shells then garnished with the fruit, chill for 2 hours before serving coconut cream.
