Tips: Deep-fried shallot and Indonesian soy sauce can buy from super market.
Ingredients
- Chicken Middle Wing 4 pcs
- Fresh Shrimp 25g
- Shallot 2 pcs
- Onion(diced) 1 tbsp
- Bean Sprout 10g
- Red Chili(diced) 1/2 pc
- Chicken Meat(shredded) 25g
- Cucumber(diced) 10g
- Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Egg 1 pc
- Spring Onion(diced) some
- Butter some
- Rice(cooked) 2 bowl
- Oil 1 tbsp, 1 tsp
- SEASONING
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- MARINADE
- Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Remove the skin from the shallot, Cut it into pieces. Deep fry it. Marinate the chicken wings with marinade for 15 minutes. Marinate the shrimp with salt. Then, fry with chicken shred.
Step 2
Bring the 1 tbsp oil to wok. Then, saute the onion, Chili and pour in rice. Then, add chicken shred, shrimp, bean sprout and sweet soy sauce. Put it on the dish.
Step 3
Bring the 1 tsp oil to wok. Fry the chicken wing until done and golden brown. Egg was fried sunny side up. Then, sprinkle with deep-fried shallot and garlic.
