Mussels with Cream Sauce2021-04-11

Tips: It can use any white sauce and canned soup.
- Mussel 10 oz
- Onion(chopped) 1/2 pc
- Shallot(chopped) 2 pc
- Parsley(chopped) some(can be waived)
- Cream of Mushroom 10 oz
- White Wine 250 ml
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Hot Water some
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
Wash and dry the mussel, put aside for later use.
Heat the pan. Melt the butter with 1 tbsp of olive oil, stir fry with onion and shallot.
Add mussel in and fry with high heat, cover with lid for 1 minute.
Add white wine and heat for 1 minute for evaporation.
Pour cream of mushroom. It can adjust the thickness with hot water. Add salt and white pepper powder to cook for 5 minutes. Decorate with parsley. Serve.
