Mousse Cake with Cherry Wine and Peach

The cool cake is summer food.  The important is not need bake.

Tips : 1. After it stir the custard powder mixture, add in the sugar water slowly.
2. If you want the cake is crystal, it can spread gelatine water.


  • Peach 1 large can
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour 1/4 cup
  • Egg Yolk 2 pcs
  • Water 1.5 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream some
  • Cherry Wine 1 tbsp
  • Gelatine Water some


Step 1

Heat water and add in sugar and butter cook until boil.

Step 2

Mix cornflour with custard powder, add in fresh milk. Stir into the syrup gradually over low heat until thickened. Add in vanilla essence, cherry wine and egg yolks.

Step 3

Cut 3 pc of peach into cubes. Add it into the mixture and pour into a mould. Chill to set. Turn onto a plate.

Step 4

Slice the remaining peaches and arrange onto the mousse. Glaze with a little gelatine mixture. Topped with some fresh cream and serve.
