Mini Snowy Moon Cake with Black Sesame Paste

The moon cake is fusion cake of China Moon Festival.

Tips:1. The cooked granulate flour is to fry glutinous flour with low heat without oil.
2. The moon cake place in refrigerator until hard. To take it for warm for 15 minutes before eat.


  • Glutinous Flour 50g
  • Flour 10g
  • Milk 125 ml
  • Condensed Milk 2 tbsps
  • Black Sesame Paste 4 tbsps
  • Cooked Granulated Flour 1 cup


Step 1

Sieve the glutinous flour and flour. Then, add in milk and condensed milk. Steam it for 30 minutes in high heat. Remove and cool down.

Step 2

Mix it with cooked granulated flour to make the dough. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll it and make it as the wrapping for the mooncake. Place 1 tbsp black sesame paste into the wrapping. Stick the opening and make it as a ball.

Step 3

Put some cooked granulated flour into the mould. Stuff the mooncake ball into the mould and press. Remove it and ready to serve.
