Ingredients
- Mexico Corn Chips 12 sheets
- Cheese(grated) 125 ml
- Beef(minced) 20g
- Onion(chopped) 1/4 pc
- Tomato 1 pc
- Button Mushroom(sliced) 4~6 pc
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Chopped onion and tomato, Sliced button mushroom.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in the wok. Saute the onion and mince beef until done. Then, add and stir tomato, button mushroom, salt, sugar, white pepper powder and ketchup.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 170 C for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Mexico Corn Chips place in bake tray. It is filled with stuffing and cheese. Place in oven with 170 C until cheese melt. Dish up.
