The napoleon is crispy and lemon taste.


  • Frozen Puff Pastry 4 sheets
  • Butter(melted) 20g
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Almond(chopped) 1 tbsps
  • Whipping Cream 100 ml
  • Lemon Jam 2 tbsps
  • Icing Sugar for decoration some


Step 1

Thaw the frozen puff pastry in refrigerator well before using.

Step 2

Place one sheet on a clean, dry work surface. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle the sugar and almond over. Cover with another sheet and repeat for two times.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the puff pastry into 10 cm triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet sprinkled lightly with flour. Bake in 180 C oven until golden brown and crisp. Remove and let cool immediately.

Step 5

Whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the lemon jam, mix well and keep in refrigerator until needed.

Step 6

Before serving, arrange one piece of puff pastry triangle on a serving plate. Spoon one big spoonful of lemon mixture. Cover with another piece of puff pastry triangle and more lemon mixture. Cover with another puff pastry triangle and sprinkle the top with icing sugar. Serve.
