Ingredients

  • Egg 8 pcs
  • Onion(chopped) 100g
  • Spring Onion(chopped) 30g
  • Red Chill(shredded) 20g
  • Green Chill(shredded) 20g
  • Garlic(minced) 20g
  • Sesame Seeds 10g
  • Water(cooked) 240ml
  • SEASONING
  • Soy Sauce 180ml
  • Sesame Oil 4 tsp
  • Syrup 80g

Method

Step 1

Put the eggs in a pot and add room temperature water until the water level covers the eggs. Use medium heat to cook for around 8 minutes. Pick up the eggs and rinse with water to cool down, then remove the egg shells in iced water.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients and seasonings in a bowl. Add the eggs and put them in the refrigerator overnight to marinade the eggs. Serve.
