A special sandwich.
Tips: Mix and match different ingredients, like pork, tuna, cucumber and avocado etc..
Ingredients
- Mushroom Pasta Sauce 10 oz
- White Bread(thick slice) 4 pcs
- Egg 3 pcs
- Ham 8 silces
- Tomato(silce) 1 pc
- Cabbage(shredded) 40g
- Mayonnaise some
- Salt some
- Black Pepper some
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Add mushroom pasta sauce into a pan. Heat for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Slice the cabbage and tomato. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add salt and black pepper with shredded cabbage. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat up the pan, add oil and shredded cabbage with egg mixture. Use the spatula to convert the mixture into squared shape(size is similar to bread). Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Set aside.
Step 4
Heat the ham on the same skillet. Spread some butter on one side of the bread, toast it on the skillet until a bit golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Add mushroom pasta sauce on the toasted bread, add those ingredients sequentially(including: cabbage egg cake, some mayonnaise, tomato and ham). Then add mushroom pasta sauce once more, top up with a bread. Wrap with baking pepper and cut into half. Serve
