Honey Chocolate Cake

The cake is cuddly.

Tips : 1. The cake oven to 80%~90% done, the taste is soft.
2. The egg mix for few times to stir easy.

Ingredients

  • Soft Butter 90g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Brown Sugar 10g
  • Honey 15g
  • Egg(beaten) 5 pc
  • Plain Flour 90g
  • Self Raising Flour 2.5g
  • 70% Dark Chocolate
  • Salt some
  • Icing Sugar some

Method

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar until it becomes soft and smooth. Add honey and salt, stir well.

Step 2

Add eggs, the sieved flour and self-raising flour. Stir well.

Step 3

Put the flour mixture into the fridge for 1.5 hour. Cut chocolate into small pieces.

Step 4

Pipe the flour mixture into small cake mold until 50% full. Put chocolate in the centre and cover with flour mixture again.

Step 5

Preheat the oven at 210 C . for 10minutes. Bake for 5~7 minutes. Sprinkle icing sugar. Serve.
