Hard Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce

The dish is simply and yummy.


  • Hard bean curd(deied, sliced)
  • Green Onion(diced) 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsps
  • Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp
  • Water 150ml


Step 1

Heat oil in the pan, pan-fry hard bean curd until golden brown. Stir in sauce mix. Cook until sauce thicken. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve with sauce.
