Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers

Shrimp exudes the fragrance of thyme, It is the best snack for parties.

Tip: If you don’t have an oven, you can pan-fry it.


  • Fresh Pineapple 12 pcs
  • Shrimp 12 pcs
  • Thyme(chopped) some
  • Bamboo Stick 12 pcs
  • Salt some
  • Black Pepper some
  • Oil some


Step 1

Rinse the shrimp. Remove the shell and intestine but keep the tail. Then, marinate it with thyme, salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Preheat the oven for 170C. Brush some oil onto the tray. Grill the shrimp and pineapple each side for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Skew the shrimp and pineapple onto the bamboo stick until all done.
