Grilled Chicken Fillet with Apple and Orange Sauce

Rosemary adds vanilla flavor. Add orange juice and apples to help digestion.

Tips: Don’t use high heat to fry chicken, otherwise the surface will be thickened and the inner layer will still be undercooked.


  • Chicken Leg Meat 1 pc
  • Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
  • Fresh Orange Juice 200 ml
  • Rosemary 1 stick
  • Apple 1 pc
  • Olive Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some


Step 1

Rinse the chicken leg meat and absorb the water and marinate it with seasonings for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the butter and olive oil in medium heat. Pan-fry the chicken until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside.

Step 3

Saute the onion with olive oil. Add in orange juice, rosemary and seasonings.

Step 4

Rinse the apple and remove the stem and into pieces. Fry the apple with butter and serve with the chicken. Pour the juice onto the chicken . Serve.
