Grill Pork Chops with Ginger Sauce

This is a special flavored pork chop.


  • Pork Chop(about 1 lb) 2 pc
  • Ginger(pureed with ginger sauce) 2 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Water 100ml
  • Ginger(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp, 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 3 tsp
  • Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger(pureed with ginger sauce) 1 tbsp


Step 1

Peel and puree the ginger. Cut some of the ginger into shreds

Step 2

Pound the pork chops with the back of a chopping knife to soften it.

Step 3

Mix the pork chops with marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan with over high heat. Add the pork chops and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Dish up after they are cooked.

Step 5

Mix 2 tsp pureed ginger(with ginger sauce), 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp shaoxing wine, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 100ml water and 2 tsp ginger(pureed with ginger sauce) for ginger sauce.

Step 6

After cooking the pork chops, start to prepare the ginger sauce. Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan with over medium high heat. Fry the shredded ginger until fragrant and cook with ginger sauce. When the sauce sauce starts to thicken, pour it on the pork chops. Serve.
