Fry Chicken Wings with Soy Sauce and Basil

The crispy and soft chicken wings are particularly attractive.

Tips: 1. When marinating the chicken wings, cut the surface lightly to absorb seasoning easily.
2. Using rock sugar instead of sugar will enhance the taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Middle Wing 12 pcs
  • Dried Shallot(chopped) 1 pc
  • Garlic(chopped) 2 pcs
  • Basil 1 pc
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Light Soy Sayce 1.5 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cook Wine 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Cut the surface of the chicken wings lightly and then marinate it for 15 minutes. Mix seasoning(except sesame oil).

Step 2

Heat the pan with 1 tbsp oil, fry the chicken wings over low heat until golden color. Add the chopped dried shallots and garlic, then stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the seasonings( except sesame oil) and fry over low heat until the chicken wings are fully cooked.

Step 4

Add basil leaves and stir-fry. Finally, add sesame oil and stir-fry well. Serve.
