This is modify version of thai style pineapple fried rice.

2. Shallot, curry powder and turmeric powder is over cook easy, so it saute by low heat.
3. The smoked turkey change chicken meat.
- Pineapple 1/2 pc
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Shallot(finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Curry Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
- Smoked Turkey Breast(diced) 2 slices
- Shrimps(cooked) 80g
- Mixed Vegetables 2 tbsps
- Raisin 2 tbsps
- Cashew(fried) some
- Fried Pork Floss some
- Sugar some
- WhitePepper Powder some
- Water 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 5 tbsps
Remove the flesh of the pineapple and reserve 80g. Soak in salty water for a moment and diced. Reserve the shell.
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in the wok. Stir fry the egg until just cooked. Set aside.
Heat 3 tbsps of oil on the wok. Stir fry the shallot, curry powder and turmeric powder. Add the rice, smoked turkey and seasoning. Stir fry until done.
Stir in the pineapple, mixed vegetables, raisin, shrimps and fried egg. Put into the pineapple shell. Sprinkle with fried pork floss and cashew. Serve.
