Fried Rice with Salmon Fish Floss and Egg Whites

This unique fried rice.

Tip: Salt can be substituted for chicken powder.


  • Salmon Fillet 150g
  • Rice(leftover) 2 bowls
  • Egg White 2 pcs
  • Asparagus(small,cut into small pieces) 4 pcs
  • Chicken Power 2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Spring Onions(minced) some
  • Oil 2 tsp, 2 tsp


Step 1

Season the salmon fillet with white pepper powder, set aside.

Step 2

Heat the 2 tsp oil in the pan, pan-fry the salmon until 80% done. Take out 1/3 of the salmon, mince the remaining salmon meat and set aside.

Step 3

Heat the 2 tsp oil in the pan, pan-fry the egg white on a medium well and set aside. Stir-fry the leftover rice and asparagus for 3 minutes. Add the salmon fish floss and egg white. Add 2 tsp chicken powder. Pan-fry over a high heat until all are well-done.

Step 4

Add the minced spring onions and stir-fry for a while. Place the remaining salmon fillet on the rice. Serve,
