Ingredients
- Chicken Eillet(diced) 200g
- Lettuce(shredded) 100g
- Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
- Rice(cooked) 3 bowls
- Spring Onion(chopped) 2 tbsps
- Water 2 tbsps, 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp, 1 tsp
- Potatostarch 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Mix chicken, 1 tsp salt 1 tsp potatostarch with marinade and set aside.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, slightly stir-fry chicken and lettuce. Add rice and 2 tbsp of water. Stir-fry until rice is well loosen.
Step 3
Add beaten egg, 1 tbsp water, spring onion, 1 tsp salt and stir-fry until cooked. Serve.
