Fried Pork Tenderloin with Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin 4 pcs
- Orange Juice 3 tbsp
- Cornstarch some
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Ginger(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Light Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
- Cooking Wine 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar.
Step 2
Genyly tap the pork tenderloin with a rolling pin to flatten. Make a few cuts along the rind of fat to prevent curling. Marinate with salt and white pepper powder.
Step 3
Coat the pork tenderloin light in cornstarch. Heat up a pan and add oil. Fry the pork until both sides golden. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Transfer on to a serving plate.
Step 4
Wipe the pan clean with with a paper towel. Add a little oil and stir fry ginger until fragrant. Add the tangerine or orange juice mixture. Mix well and bring to the boil.
Step 5
Pour the orange sauce onto the pork tenderloin. Serve.
