Ingredients
- Beef Fillet(shredded) 100g
- Onion(shredded) 1/2 pc
- Chinese Noodle 2 pcs
- Red Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Green Bell Pepped(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Yellow Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Garlic (minced) some
- Cornstarch Water 2 tsps
- Oil 2 tbsps, 1 tsp
- SEASONING
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar some
- Oyster Sauce 2 tsps
- Water 100 ml
- MARINATE
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsps
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Water 3 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Shredded the beef fillet and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Heat 1 tsp oil in the wok with medium slow heat. Then, slightly fry the beef fillet on the wok. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and stir-fry it in the wok slightly.
Step 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, Fry minced garlic and onion, then, add with assorted sweet peppers, beef fillets and seasonings into stir- frying. Thicken the sauce by 2 tsps cornstarch water and pour it over the noodle.
