Fried Kale with Prawns

Kale is super food. The dish has health and nutrition.

Tips: 1. The kale is not too cooked because to decrease nutrition.
2. Salt can replace chicken powder.


  • Prawn(deveined, shell) 24 pcs
  • Kale 1200g
  • Carrot(shredded) some
  • Garlic(sliced) 1 clove
  • Garlic(mince) 1 clove
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Chickenm Powder 1 tsp, 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsps, 2 tsps


Step 1

Rinse the kale and tear into pieces of similar sizes.

Step 2

Add 2 tsps oil to the wok, Stir-fry the carrots for a while. Add garlic slices and kale and quick fry until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Add 2 tsps oil to the wok and fry the minced garlic over low heat. Add prawns and stir- fry over medium heat until color changed. Add 1 tsp chicken powder and 1 tsp sugar and kale. stir-fry over high heat. Serve.
